Photography for me was capturing memories of my 3 children and reliving those once in a lifetime moments. Being a professional photographer was never something I even though about. 

I began my wedding career as an event planner and always had a eye for detail and a strong business sense. I love the whole atmosphere associated with weddings. My fascination with each brides' wedding day story made my transition into photography so much easier! 

How did I get started? I was working as an event manager for RCI Photography at one of his out-of-town events. Mr. Town (RCI Photography) wanted a portrait of one of the youth speakers on the other side of the room. He said "Crystal , get a shot of the kid for me." Well, I returned nervous and hoping he would approve and his response was priceless...

"WOW. You need to be behind the camera!!!!!"

He gave me his backup camera and said keep shooting. The rest is history.  

My aim is to keep shooting and keep developing. I never want my client to view their memories and not say WOW!
